Terms of Use

Everyone has to have the rules and I hate to have them but I need to protect myself and the people I have memberships or have bought tubes from. I wanted to let you all know that all sigtags are made from lineart, tutorials, and tubes taht I have either purchased myself or were gifted to me.

1. You will be allowed to order 5 sigtags a week for you and 2 sigtags a week for a friend.

2. All orders will be filled on M-F while my husband is at work. He is just getting back from Iraq and I want to spend as much time as I can with him.

3. You may NOT alter in any way, which includes adding text, changing colors, cropping of tags or resizing. If you need something done, just send me a polite email and I will do it as soon as I can.

4. Please do NOT share your tags, username or password with anyone. If you are caught doing this, you will lose your membership with no refund. Sorry if this sounds harsh but it has to be.

5. Nothing on the site is for downloading unless otherwise stated.

6. Sigtags can be used on your site or in emails with a link back to me at http://tinasden.com. If you place them on your site, please have the protect codes used.

Websets
1. You may not purchase my webset and then offer it for download at your site.
2. There is to be no copying of the images and sharing them in groups like yahoo or msn.
3. The graphics are to stay with the webset they come with. They are not to be mixed with any other.
4. No tubing of any of the graphics in the websets.
5. Websets are for personal use. If you want it for commercial use, please just email me first.
6. All images are to be loaded to your server. No direct linking please.
7. All websets need to be protected with No Right Click, No Drag Code, and Disable Image Toolbar.
8. Websets are for family sites only.
